We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts professional to join our Visa Medical Centre team on a 6-month contractual basis.

Role: Finance & Accounts

Employment Type: 6-Month Contract

Experience: 3+ years in a similar role

Industry: Healthcare / Hospitals / Large Clinics

Education: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Accounting & Finance

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations for the medical centre

• Handle cash, card, online and central payment collections and reconciliations

• Manage bank deposits, bank reconciliation, petty cash and vendor payments

• Prepare periodic MIS, financial and inventory reports

• Conduct monthly stocktake and reconcile inventory variances

• Handle ledger scrutiny and support Trial Balance finalisation

• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory filings





• Coordinate with banks, vendors, doctors and the corporate finance team

• Calculate doctors incentives and support finance-related queries

• Assist with audits, regulatory documentation and other finance-related activities

Mandatory Requirements:

Mandatory experience in healthcare clinics/hospitals

Strong knowledge of accounting processes and financial reporting

Proficiency in MS Office

Excellent written and spoken English

Solid compliance, reconciliation and analytical skills

Ability to manage a growing business environment

Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

Ability to streamline processes and ensure financial Compliances
