6-Day Work Week(weekends mandatory, with a weekday off)

About the Role

We're looking for a polished, confident, and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to support the running of our Gurgaon showroom. Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help lead the team, deliver an exceptional client experience, and keep the showroom performing at a luxury standard.

This role is ideal for professionals from jewellery brands, diamond retailers, bridal jewellery stores, or luxury boutiques who are ready to step up in leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day showroom operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting
- Help lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Deliver a premium, personalized experience to every customer, from welcome to after-sales care
- Assist in closing high-value sales, including engagement rings, solitaires, and bridal jewellery
- Handle customer queries, negotiations, and escalations with professionalism
- Ensure accurate stock control through regular inventory audits, tagging, and security protocols




- Maintain showroom presentation and visual merchandising as per brand standards
- Build long-term client relationships that drive repeat purchases and referrals
- Track sales performance and share regular reports with management
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies, billing accuracy, hallmarking norms, and store safety
- Step in to manage the showroom in the Store Manager's absence

What We're Looking For

- 3-5 years of jewellery retail experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of natural diamonds, gold, solitaires, and fine jewellery, including pricing and hallmarking
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, polished, and professional presence
- Proven ability to guide a team and consistently meet sales targets
- Working knowledge of billing/POS systems and inventory management
- High integrity and accountability, as the role involves high-value inventory
- Genuine passion for luxury products and exceptional customer experiences
