We are looking for an experienced, result-oriented and well-connected Marketing Executive / Business Development Executive to develop and expand our business across

Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh.
- Identify and approach potential customers in FMCG, food, pharmaceutical, personal care, retail, consumer products and other relevant industries.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing customers.
- Generate new enquiries and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Understand customer packaging requirements and coordinate with Estimation, Pre-Press, NPD and Production teams for quotations and order execution.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop new accounts and increase business from existing customers.
- Regularly visit customers and understand their current and future packaging requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across the assigned territory.
- Understand customer requirements relating to mono cartons, folding cartons, printed packaging and other offset-printed packaging products.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Pre-Press, NPD, QA and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints and ensure timely resolution in coordination with the concerned departments.
- Monitor competitor activities, market pricing and changing customer requirements.
- Develop long-term business relationships with key customers.
- Prepare regular reports covering customer visits,



enquiries, sales pipeline, orders and market development.
- Travel extensively across the assigned South Indian territory for customer meetings and business development.

Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years preferred
- Preferred Background: Printing & Packaging Industry
- The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the Offset Printing & Packaging industry, a good understanding of packaging requirements, and an established network of customers and procurement/packaging professionals across the territory.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales / Marketing / Business Development.
- Experience in the Offset Printing & Packaging industry is strongly preferred.
- Should have a good understanding of offset printing, packaging products and the overall printing process.
- Should have an established network among FMCG, food, pharmaceutical, personal care, retail and other packaging-consuming industries.
- Strong knowledge of the Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh markets will be a major advantage.
- Candidates with existing customer relationships and contacts across South India will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Strong business development and target-achievement capabilities.
- Good understanding of commercial aspects, costing and pricing will be an advantage.
- Should be willing to travel extensively across South India.
- Should be capable of independently developing new customers and generating business.
