Purpose of the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Coordinator to perform the day-to-day operations. The candidate will be responsible for warehouse operations, inbound, inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics coordination, team leadership, and operational excellence while ensuring high service levels, inventory accuracy & safety standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily inward and outward material movements.
- Receive materials and verify quantity, condition and supporting documents.
- Ensure proper storage, bin allocation and material identification.
- Coordinate picking, packing and dispatch activities.
- Ensure materials are handled and stored as per company procedures.
- Monitor loading and unloading activities.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counts.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages and shortages.
- Monitor slow-moving, non-moving and excess inventory.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO principles wherever applicable.
- Ensure proper material traceability.
- Coordinate and maintain records relating to MOOWR warehouse operations and inventory.
- Maintain proper documentation and traceability of imported goods, raw materials, components and finished goods under the MOOWR framework.
- Coordinate with Customs/CHA/Customs Brokers/MCO for MOOWR-related activities and documentation.
- Maintain records required for audit, inspection and statutory compliance.

Technical Competencies:

- Working knowledge of MOOWR.
- Good working knowledge of MS office (Excel, PPT).
- Knowledge of ERP / D365.
- MOOWR / Customs warehouse operations.
- Import documentation.
- Bill of Entry and related import documentation.
- GRN and inward processes.
- Picking, packing and dispatch.




- Stock transfer and material movement.
- Physical inventory and cycle counting.
- FIFO / FEFO.
- ERP/WMS transactions.
- Warehouse audit and compliance.
- Transporter/CHA coordination.

Education:

- Any Bachelor's degree.

Relevant Experience Required:

- 5+ years of experience.
