- Design and development of BIW Under Body components using UGNX / Siemens NX.
- Create and modify 3D models, assemblies and 2D drawings as per design requirements.
- Work on components such as:
- Under Body: Floor, Cross Members, Long Members, Front/Rear Under Body, Brackets, Reinforcements, etc.

- Perform design changes, ECN/ECR and engineering modifications.
- Check component interfaces, packaging and assembly feasibility.
- Perform DMU / clearance checks and support design validation.
- Apply GD&T;, tolerance stack-up and automotive design standards.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, tooling, CAE and other design teams.
- Support DFM/DFA activities and resolve design/manufacturing issues.
- Prepare design documentation, drawings and release packages.
- Ensure designs comply with OEM standards and project requirements.
