Assistant Business Development

Mantle International is looking for a motivated and proactive Assistant Business Development professional to support the agency's growth, lead generation, and client acquisition activities. The role involves prospect research, lead generation, professional outreach, follow-ups, maintaining lead trackers, and supporting proposal development and client coordination.

This role is ideal for someone interested in business development, sales, marketing, advertising, branding, and the creative-agency industry, with strong communication skills and an interest in building professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research potential clients, brands, industries, decision-makers, and market opportunities to identify relevant business prospects.
- Support qualified outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels, including follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate lead trackers and provide regular updates on outreach, follow-ups, meetings, lead status, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with creative, strategy, and account teams to gather relevant information for proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
- Assist with scheduling client meetings and coordinating communication throughout the business development process.




- Support client-facing interactions and participate in client meetings, presentations, networking events, and other business development activities as required.

Requirements:

- Graduate or currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a qualified approach.
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, branding, advertising, or digital media.
- Proactive, confident, organized, and willing to learn in a fast-paced creative-agency environment.
- Comfortable communicating with prospective clients and following up professionally.
- Familiarity with Meta platforms and CRM tools is a plus .
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, presentations, networking events, or other business development activities.
