About the Role

RajSecure is looking for motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executives who can help us acquire new cybersecurity clients.

The selected candidate will identify potential B2B clients, generate qualified leads, contact decision-makers, arrange meetings, follow up with prospects, and help convert opportunities into paying RajSecure clients.

The role starts as a performance-based commission opportunity for an initial 3-month evaluation period.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify businesses that may require cybersecurity services.
- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and other legitimate channels.
- Contact founders, CEOs, CTOs, CISOs, IT managers, security managers, and other relevant decision-makers.
- Introduce RajSecure and its cybersecurity services.
- Understand prospects cybersecurity requirements.
- Qualify potential clients.
- Schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
- Follow up with leads and prospects.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales information.
- Assist with the sales process until successful conversion.
- Build and maintain a consistent B2B sales pipeline.

Commission Structure10% Commission





The selected candidate will receive 10% commission on the net client payment actually received by RajSecure for successfully acquired clients attributable to their sales efforts.

Examples:

50,000 client payment → 5,000 commission

1,00,000 client payment → 10,000 commission

2,00,000 client payment → 20,000 commission

5,00,000 client payment → 50,000 commission

10,00,000 client payment → 1,00,000 commission

There is no fixed monthly salary during the initial performance evaluation period.

Performance Bonus

In addition to the 10% commission, high-performing candidates may receive additional performance bonuses based on factors such as:

- Number of qualified clients acquired
- Monthly sales performance
- High-value client acquisition
- Consistent lead generation
- Successful client conversions
- Overall business development performance

Performance bonuses are additional to the standard commission and are subject to RajSecure's applicable performance criteria and approval.

3-Month Performance Review

The initial engagement will be evaluated over 3 months.

Candidates demonstrating strong performance, consistent client acquisition, professionalism, reliability, and business development results may be considered for transition to a monthly fixed-compensation role with RajSecure after the 3-month evaluation period.

The decision will be based on individual performance and business requirements and is not an automatic or guaranteed conversion.

- Qualified leads generated
- Client meetings arranged
- Client conversions
- Revenue generated
- Sales consistency
- Communication and professionalism
- Follow-up quality
- Overall contribution to RajSecure's growth

Successful candidates may therefore have the opportunity to move from:

Commission-Based → Performance Review → Monthly-Based Role
