- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth product implementation.
- Coordinate with clients to collect necessary information for product customization.
- Provide guidance and support to clients during the implementation process.
- Build and maintain solid post-implementation relationships with clients.
Act as a point of contact (POC) for client inquiries related to the product.
