- Medication Dispensing: Review doctor prescriptions for accuracy, check dosages, and dispense medicines safely.
- Patient Counseling: Explain drug schedules, dosages, and precautions to patients in Gujarati or Hindi.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, track expiry dates, manage drug returns, and update billing software (e.g., Marg ERP).
- Compliance & Records: Maintain registers for controlled substances according to drug authority guidelines.
