Job Title: Manpower Vendor Management

Work Locations: Hyderabad / Warangal

Operations: PAN India

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Generate manpower requirements from direct companies across India.
- Corporate Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with HR managers, recruitment teams, and hiring authorities.
- Vendor Management: Identify, onboard, and manage manpower vendors, staffing agencies, and labour contractors.
- Network Building: Build a strong network of direct employers and recruitment partners.
- Bulk Hiring Operations: Coordinate bulk hiring requirements for blue-collar and white-collar positions.
- Pipeline & Deployment: Manage vendor coordination, manpower deployment, and recruitment pipelines.
- Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Lead Tracking & Conversion: Track leads, follow up on requirements, and convert opportunities into active business.
- Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to fulfil client manpower requirements.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Any Bachelor's or Graduate Degree from a recognized institution.




- Experience: 2 to 7 years of prior experience in PAN India manpower lead generation, staffing, recruitment business development, or vendor management.
- Industry Networks: Strong existing connections with direct companies, manpower vendors, and staffing contractors.
- Operational Expertise: Experience handling bulk manpower requirements and multi-location hiring.
- Core Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills, along with the ability to generate genuine business leads and convert them into active requirements.
