Reporting to Honorary Secretary and Managing Committee( MC).
Age 45 to 60 preferred
Graduate with MBA preferred,
15 plus years progressive managerial experience, including at least five years in a senior leadership role in Hospitality/golf club.
Key responsibilities,
Implement MC decisions,
Lead administration and HR,
Ensure member services and clubhouse standards,
Oversee facilities, coordinate course maintenance and tournaments and sub-committees, prepare and implement budgets,
Ensure procurement and contract discipline,
Coordinate legal matters, ensure statutory compliances under various applicable laws, maintain records and submit MIS reports.
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
