We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage the financial operations of the shopping mall. The role involves overseeing accounting functions, ensuring compliance, managing vendor and tenant accounts, and supporting financial reporting and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations of the mall
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Handle accounts payable & receivable, including tenant billing and collections
- Monitor rental income, CAM (Common Area Maintenance) charges, and other revenue streams
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements of nearly 3000 vendors.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure accuracy of entries
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
- Monitor cash flow and banking transactions
- Handle vendor payments and contract compliance
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records

Key Skills & Competencies:





- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Expertise in GST, TDS, and Indian taxation laws
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar ERP systems)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred

Experience:

- 5–8 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Prior experience in real estate, retail, or shopping mall accounting is highly preferred

Additional Requirements:

- Knowledge of lease accounting and tenant management systems
- Experience in handling multi-vendor and high transaction environments
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
