At HireAnything, a great campaign can help a customer find the right professional and help a local business win its next booking. We’re looking for a curious, creative Growth Marketing Associate who wants to build those connections through email, social media, paid campaigns and go-to-market experiments.
Location: Remote, India
Experience: 0–2 years; freshers with relevant projects or internships welcome
Employment: Full-time / part time
Reporting to: Marketing Manager
The marketplace you’ll help grow
HireAnything connects customers with service providers across beauty, wellness, events, transport, home services and more. We help customers discover, compare and book services, while helping local businesses and independent professionals get discovered, generate enquiries and grow.
That gives you two fascinating marketing challenges: help customers find their next great service—and help providers find their next customer.
Your mission
Turn attention into action, and experiments into repeatable growth. Work closely with the Marketing Manager to understand our audiences, develop campaign ideas, launch focused tests and use the results to decide what comes next. Expect hands-on work, room to contribute ideas and increasing ownership as you build confidence and show results.
What you’ll work on
- Email & lifecycle marketing: Create segmented campaigns and support welcome, activation and re-engagement journeys. Test subject lines, copy and calls to action; track clicks, enquiries and conversions.
- Social media & storytelling: Build a content calendar, write compelling hooks and turn customer needs, provider stories and service discoveries into useful posts, reels and carousels.
- Paid social & retargeting: Support Meta campaigns with audience research, creative briefs and structured tests. Help improve lead quality, conversion and cost efficiency within agreed budgets.
- Go-to-market (GTM): Help take categories,
offers and campaigns to market. Research who we’re trying to reach, what matters to them and which message gives them a reason to act.
- Conversion & experimentation: Spot friction across ads, emails and landing pages. Propose a hypothesis, test a meaningful change and document what the result teaches us.
- Measurement & insight: Use UTMs, spreadsheets and dashboards to connect campaign activity to outcomes. Bring a clear recommendation to each review: what worked, what didn’t and what to test next.
You don’t need to arrive as an expert in every channel. Bring a foundation in one or two, evidence that you can execute, and the curiosity to learn the rest.
What a strong first 90 days could look like
- Learn the audience: Understand customer and provider journeys, review existing campaigns and identify focused opportunities.
- Ship and measure: Launch agreed email, content or paid-social tests with clear objectives and dependable tracking.
- Build on the evidence: Share useful findings, improve a promising campaign and document a playbook the team can use again.
Priorities and targets will be agreed with the Marketing Manager based on working hours and campaigns in scope.
Skills and qualities we’re looking for
- Clear writing and communication: You can find a compelling angle and adapt your message for different audiences.
- Digital marketing fundamentals: Familiarity with email marketing, social media, Meta Ads, retargeting or campaign tracking.
- Analytical thinking: Comfort with spreadsheets, comparing results and turning observations into a practical next step.
- Creative execution: Ability to develop content ideas,
coordinate creatives and follow a campaign through to launch.
- Ownership and collaboration: You follow through, communicate early and respond well to feedback in a remote team.
- Evidence of initiative: Internships, freelance work, college projects, personal campaigns or side projects all count.
Useful extras, not prerequisites: Email/CRM tools, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Canva, short-form video, basic SEO and landing-page optimisation. Thoughtful use of AI for research and creative iteration is welcome; your judgement and quality checks matter.
Why this could be a defining early-career move
- See the whole growth journey: Build experience across acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention.
- Work close to the decisions: Collaborate directly with the Marketing Manager and understand the reasoning behind campaigns.
- Build work you can explain: Develop campaign experience, experiment write-ups and an understanding of business outcomes.
- Grow your scope: Take on more responsibility as your skills and results develop.
- Make the impact tangible: Help people discover services and help independent professionals reach more customers.
