We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Accountant who has strong expertise in Tally ERP, Excel, GST, TDS & Income Tax.

The ideal candidate should possess a problem solving, positive outlook, strong analytical skills and the ability to manage financial data efficiently while supporting business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and manage accounts using Tally ERP and/or ERP Systems.
- Prepare management reports, financial summaries, cost analyses, and MIS as required.
- Generate and maintain reports in advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual finalization of accounts, including preparation of Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet, schedules, and supporting reconciliations.
- Handle GST compliance, including filing returns and reconciliation.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and filings.
- Ensure accurate accounting of purchases, sales, expenses, fixed assets, advances and ensure accuracy in accounting records
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and internal management for audits, assessments, documentation, and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.




- Monitor debtor and creditor ageing, payment planning, and collection follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of practical accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing organization.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime; experience with ERP-based accounting systems is highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in accounts finalization, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Sound knowledge of Indian accounting practices, GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and taxation-related documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reporting, reconciliation, and data analysis.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to independently manage deadlines and coordinate effectively with management, auditors, bankers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Must have a Solid problem solving attitude.

Pay: ₹285,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
