Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Team Lead – Telesales & BPO Operations to build, manage, and scale our telesales and operations function. The role involves taking ownership of sales performance, developing and managing a growing telesales team, improving sales processes, and supporting the expansion of the overall operations function. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, proactive go-getter, and accountable leader with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

The role will initially involve gaining strong product and process knowledge, followed by taking ownership of team building, sales performance, and operational expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the telesales function to achieve sales and business objectives.
- Take ownership of sales pipelines, lead follow-ups, conversions, and team productivity.
- Build, train, mentor, and manage a growing telesales team.
- Monitor team performance, set targets, provide coaching, and drive accountability.
- Develop and improve telesales processes, scripts, workflows, and reporting.
- Develop strong knowledge of JOO's products, including POS, Online Ordering, Booking Solutions, and JOOpay.
- Ensure the team maintains robust product knowledge and follows established sales processes.




- Support the expansion of the telesales function into a broader Support & Operations Monitoring Unit.
- Work closely with management and internal teams to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in Telesales, BPO, Inside Sales, Call Centre Operations, or Team Leadership.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-growing and evolving business environment.
- Experience in setting up or scaling a telesales/BPO operation will be an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
