A polishing and finishing operations worker operates machinery or uses hand tools to smooth, buff, and polish metal, plastic, or other manufactured parts to meet exact surface specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate Equipment: Set up, run, and tend polishing, buffing, grinding, or vibrofinishing machines.
- Surface Preparation: Clean parts, apply abrasive compounds, and remove excess material, burrs, or surface defects.
- Quality Inspection: Check finished work using precision tools like gauges and micrometers to ensure the product matches blueprints or work orders.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning, change worn polishing wheels or belts, and apply coolants or lubricants.
- Safety Compliance: Wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE)



and follow factory safety rules.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 0 to 3+ years in a manufacturing, machining, or finishing environment.
- Physical Strength: Ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy materials.
- Manual Dexterity: Solid hand-eye coordination to handle delicate or precision parts.
- Technical Reading: Ability to read blueprints, technical documents, or work instructions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
