A civil project manager oversees and coordinates infrastructure and construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Core Roles and Responsibilities

- Project Planning and Design Review: Establish proper plans, define project scopes, review blueprints, and interpret technical specifications or Bills of Quantities (BoQs).
- Budget and Cost Control: Develop cost estimates, monitor expenditures, manage financial tracking, and prevent costly overruns.
- Scheduling and Timeline Management: Create detailed schedules (such as Gantt charts) and track milestones to keep daily operations aligned with deadlines.
- Team and Subcontractor Oversight: Supervise on-site personnel, hire and allocate resources, and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
- Stakeholder Communication:



Act as the primary liaison between clients, architects, structural engineers, and local regulatory authorities.
- Safety and Quality Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, building codes, and quality assurance standards.
- Progress Reporting: Analyze performance data and prepare documentation or status reports for higher management and clients
- Experience: Overall 20 years in civil and 10 years with civil in senior management position.
- Can read and write in English and Hindi.
- Can work on computers valuable in excel and MS Project experience is advantage.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,850,000.00 per year
