Job Title: QA Automation Engineer (Selenium + Java + Appium + AI)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Selenium-Java automation , mobile app automation and a growing understanding of AI-driven testing approaches. The candidate should be capable of designing scalable automation frameworks, integrating AI tools, and improving testing efficiency through automation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Java for web applications.
- Write efficient, reusable, and scalable test scripts.
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Appium for mobile applications (Android+iOS)
- Apply AI/ML concepts to enhance test automation (self-healing scripts, predictive analysis, etc.)
- Collaborate with developers in Agile environments
- Analyze test results, and debug failures

Required Skills:

- Strong experience with Java , Selenium WebDriver & Appium
- Experience with testing frameworks like TestNG or JUnit
- Valuable understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns (e.g., Page Object Model)




- Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Experience with API testing (e.g., RestAssured or Postman)
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)

AI/Advanced Skills (Preferred)

- Exposure to AI-based testing tools (e.g., self-healing automation tools)
- Understanding of basic Machine Learning concepts
- Experience with tools like: Test.ai, Functionize, or similar AI-driven testing platforms
- Ability to use AI for:

o Test case generation

o Defect Prediction

Good to Have:

- Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python or JavaScript)

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team
