- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling, interview coordination, follow-ups, offer coordination, onboarding support, and maintaining recruitment trackers.
- Handle candidate queries and provide professional responses regarding job roles, interview processes, company information, application status, and onboarding procedures.
- Communicate with candidates through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other official communication channels in a clear, professional, and timely manner.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, employee records, interview trackers, HR documentation, and recruitment reports while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.




- Manage recruitment platforms and skilled networking sites such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals for job postings, candidate sourcing, employer branding, and talent pipeline management.
- Utilize AI tools and digital platforms to support HR activities, including resume screening, job description creation, candidate communication, interview documentation, data organization, and recruitment workflow automation.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer proficiency, data management abilities, knowledge of AI tools, and a willingness to learn and actively participate in the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to successful onboarding.
