- Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer rollouts.
- Onboarding & Life Cycle: Induction, documentation, and data/HRIS management.
- Employee Relations: Grievance handling, engagement, and conflict resolution.
- Compliance & Statutory: Adherence to local/national labor laws, PF, ESI, or POSH (where applicable).
- Requirements / Qualifications:
- Education: MBA in HR, MSW, or equivalent degree.
- Experience: Years and domain-specific background (e.g., generalist vs. statutory/compliance).
- Tools/Software: Familiarity with HRIS/ATS tools (e.g., Keka, Darwinbox, Zoho People, Workday).
