Key Responsibilities Financial Management

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Analyze financial performance and recommend corrective actions.

Accounting Operations

- Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Ensure timely closing of books of accounts.
- Maintain accurate accounting records as per statutory requirements.
- Monitor accounting controls and internal audit processes.

Costing & Manufacturing Finance

- Monitor product costing, material consumption, and production costs.
- Conduct variance analysis for raw materials, labor, and overheads.
- Evaluate inventory valuation and stock reconciliation.
- Support management in cost reduction and profitability improvement initiatives.

Taxation & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
- Prepare and review statutory returns and tax filings.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and financial regulations.

MIS & Reporting

- Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports and dashboards.
- Present financial reports to senior management with actionable insights.
- Monitor key financial KPIs and operational performance metrics.
- Support decision-making through financial analysis and business forecasting.

Team Management

- Lead and mentor the Accounts & Finance team.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
- Develop SOPs and ensure process compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes.

Banking & Treasury

- Manage banking relationships and credit facilities.
- Handle loan documentation,



fund arrangements, and banking transactions.
- Monitor cash positions and optimize liquidity management.

Required Qualifications

- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com.
- 8-12 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in manufacturing industries.
- Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Costing, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally Prime, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
