Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop potential customers through referrals, networking, and field activities.
- Understand customers’ financial goals, protection needs and investment requirements.
- Explain life insurance products, benefits, features, policy terms and eligibility clearly to customers.
- Recommend suitable insurance solutions based on customer requirements.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful policy sales.
- Maintain robust and long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and customers regularly to improve conversion.
- Achieve individual sales and business targets.
- Provide proper after-sales service and support to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects and customer interactions.
- Follow company policies,



regulatory requirements and ethical sales practices.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Sales-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to build relationships and work towards targets.
- Candidates with experience in sales, banking, insurance, BFSI, telecalling, customer service or relationship management will be preferred.
