Role: Technical Service Engineer

Technical Service Engineer at Veer Electronics Pvt Ltd

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Troubleshooting, repairing, testing and maintaining the company's instruments and test equipment.

Installation & commissioning at customer sites

Carrying out preventive maintenance on units to ensure reliability.

Providing support to customers in person, via video/audio calls, or remote diagnostics.

Preparing & submitting service reports; documenting issues and resolutions.

Handling customer queries / complaint resolution (technical issues).

Possibly doing calibration work, ensuring instruments meet required specs and standards.

Helping in field visits / service tours

Assisting in training customers or internal staff on usage of the instruments.

Skills & Qualifications

Educational qualification: Bachelor/ Master Degree in Electrical

Technical knowledge: Valuable understanding of electrical/electronic circuits,



measurement & instrumentation, power systems, high voltage, calibration etc.

Hands-on skills: Ability to use mustimeters, oscilloscopes, specialized test equipment; soldering, component replacement.

Software skills: MS Office for report writing and communication; possibly PLC or firmware knowledge depending on product.

Communication skills: Both verbal and written, as interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.

Problem-solving capacity: Diagnosing issues, thinking on feet, working independently.

FRESHER /EXPERIENCE

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹33,947.16 per month

Education:
