Roles & Responsibilities:
- Customer Interviews & Feedback Collection:
- Conduct interviews with existing customers to gather valuable feedback about their experience with Anya GreenEnergy’s solar solutions.
- Capture real-life stories and testimonials from customers on-site, highlighting the benefits and impact of solar energy on their lives and businesses.
- Content Creation & Editing:
- Create engaging, high-quality video content based on interviews, customer feedback, and solar installation journeys.
- Edit and post-process video footage to produce professional vlogs, ensuring clear messaging and branding aligned with Anya GreenEnergy’s voice.
- Storytelling & Brand Promotion:
- Use video to effectively tell the story of Anya GreenEnergy, showcasing customer satisfaction, solar energy adoption, and environmental impact.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all content supports the company’s promotional and educational goals.
- Field Visits & On-Site Engagement:
- Travel to customer locations (as required) to record content in the field, ensuring a personal and authentic connection with the customers.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers, making them feel comfortable during interviews.
- Social Media & YouTube Content Management:
- Upload and manage content on Anya GreenEnergy’s YouTube channel and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Engage with the audience through comments, shares, and feedback on videos, building community interest and trust.
- Collaborative Efforts:
- Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to align video content with ongoing campaigns,
promotions, and business objectives.
- Suggest new ideas and creative ways to improve the customer feedback process and content reach.
Eligibility and Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Previous experience in video blogging, content creation, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of producing engaging video content for digital platforms (YouTube, social media, etc.).
- Skills:
- Proficiency in video filming, editing, and post-production using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Solid storytelling ability, with a creative and engaging approach to presenting information.
- Excellent communication and interviewing skills to engage customers and capture their genuine feedback.
- Technical Requirements:
- Familiarity with camera equipment (DSLR, smartphone, GoPro, etc.) and audio tools for high-quality video production.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and independently manage time effectively in the field.
- Personal Traits:
- Friendly, approachable, and confident in front of the camera.
- Self-motivated with a passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
- Ability to travel to customer locations as needed.
- Education:
- A degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Production, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
