We are looking for a confident, friendly and people-oriented Sales & Customer Engagement Assistant to join our retail jewellery store in Dadar.
Your primary role will be to engage with customers visiting the nearby stores, build a quick connection with them, and encourage them to visit our jewellery store.
What you’ll do
- Approach and interact with customers in a friendly and confident manner.
- Understand their interests and create curiosity about our jewellery collection.
- Build a positive relationship with customers and make them feel comfortable.
- Convince interested customers to visit our store.
- Guide customers into the store and hand them over to the sales team.
- Follow up and maintain a positive relationship with customers where required.
- Help increase daily store walk-ins and contribute to sales.
