We are looking for a responsible and proactive Site Engineer with 2–3 years of experience who can independently manage day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day site execution and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.
- Coordinate civil, finishing and other site activities and ensure proper sequencing of works.
- Manage labour and subcontractors effectively to achieve planned daily and weekly targets.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors and internal teams.
- Ensure prior approvals are obtained before commencing any work wherever required.
- Raise material and work requisitions in advance and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Maintain stock registers, site registers, log books, material records and other project documentation.
- Monitor material consumption and avoid unnecessary wastage.
- Clearly communicate work requirements, drawings, specifications, quantities and schedules to vendors before starting work.
- Follow up with vendors and ensure timely mobilisation and completion of assigned works.
- Follow approved work orders and ensure vendors execute strictly as per the agreed scope.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure high-quality finishing with no compromise on quality.
- Prepare work completion reports and maintain proper records of completed works.
- Track the project schedule and ensure activities are completed within the planned timelines.
- Immediately identify and escalate site issues, delays,



material shortages, technical problems and coordination issues to the Project Engineer/management.
- Coordinate multiple agencies and activities at site without affecting the overall progress.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality, safety, productivity and housekeeping standards.
- Maintain proper records of site instructions, approvals, measurements, work progress and pending activities.
- Take ownership of assigned site activities and ensure timely completion.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–3 years of relevant site execution experience.
- Strong knowledge of building construction and finishing works.
- Ability to manage labour, subcontractors and vendors.
- Good client and vendor coordination skills.
- Ability to understand drawings and execute work accordingly.
- Positive documentation and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of material management, stock registers and work requisitions.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Candidate should be willing to take responsibility for complete site execution with minimum supervision.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of ownership and should be capable of managing site execution, labour, vendors, materials, documentation, quality and coordination while keeping the Project Engineer/management informed about progress and issues.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
