About the Role

Rooftop brings traditional Indian art into modern lifestyle and community spaces. We host curated art workshops, showcases, and cultural experiences across Mumbai’s premier clubs (Soho House, The Quorum, Jolie’s, Bay Club), cultural institutions, and museums (CSMVS, NGMA, Dr. Bhau Daji Lad).

We are looking for a culturally curious, high-energy Marketing & Partnerships Intern to serve as the on-ground voice and visual storyteller of Rooftop across private clubs, flea markets, exhibitions, and creative meetups.

What You Will Do

- Partnership Outreach & Pitching: Identify, connect with, and pitch collaboration concepts and moodboards to potential venue partners, creators, brands, and event organizers across Mumbai.
- On-Ground Brand Representation: Lead brand presence at workshops, flea markets, pop-ups, and art events; actively engage attendees and drive brand recall and app adoption.
- Content & Socials: Shoot energetic on-ground videos,



reels, and behind-the-scenes content at partner venues and events for social media channels.
- Client & Venue Coordination: Travel across Mumbai for venue walkthroughs, brand meetings, and event setups.
- Documentation & Process Management: Maintain clear partnership trackers, event documentation, pitch decks, and post-event reporting.

Who You Are

- Strong Communicator: Articulate, confident in public speaking, and comfortable pitching ideas to senior management and venue heads.
- Visually & Culturally Tuned: Passionate about art, design, and culture; skilled at translating ideas into compelling moodboards and creative concepts.
- Content-Savvy: Adept with short-form video shooting, editing, and current social media formats.
- Execution-Driven: Structured, organized, and capable of managing rigorous documentation and deadlines.
- Startup-Ready: Thrives in a fast-paced, demanding environment; proactive, resilient, and excited by steep learning curves.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
