We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to support our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for client calling, email communication, maintaining customer databases, managing call records, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure effective client follow-ups and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers for business development and client follow-ups.
- Send professional emails, product introductions, quotations, reminders, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain and update customer databases, call logs, lead details, and sales follow-up records.
- Track customer responses, inquiries, leads, and the status of ongoing sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure timely follow-ups and lead conversion.
- Generate leads through calling, email campaigns, and database management.
- Prepare daily call reports, lead reports, and follow-up schedules.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and maintain strong client relationships.
- Use Excel, CRM tools, and AI-based tools to manage data and improve work efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confident in making business calls and communicating with clients.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email, and data management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and AI tools is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Freshers and candidates with 1–3 years of experience may apply.
- Candidates with experience in client servicing, telecalling, sales coordination, customer support, or inside sales will be preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable with daily calling targets, email communication, and database management.
