Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to promote our solar energy solutions and acquire recent customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit potential customers and generate business leads.
- Explain solar products and services to customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and coordinate with the office team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Compensation: In-hand salary + Incentives
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
