Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Assistant Manager – Accounts to support day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and coordination with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Prepare and review bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
- Support GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documents.
- Assist in preparation of MIS reports and management reports.
- Ensure proper accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
- Monitor expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, Procurement, and other departments for finance-related matters.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.




- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Perform any other accounts-related responsibilities assigned by the management.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Strong knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.
- Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in hospital / healthcare / service industry will be an added advantage.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Salary: As per industry standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
