Position: Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram.
- Manage and grow 2 YouTube channels, including regular content uploads and channel management.
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms.
- Create and manage social media posts, captions, descriptions, hashtags, and thumbnails.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement and respond appropriately.
- Track social media performance, views, reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Develop strategies to increase audience engagement and improve social media presence.
- Coordinate with the content/video team for timely creation and publication of content.
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and relevant content formats.
- Prepare regular performance reports for all social media accounts.




- Ensure consistent branding and communication across all platforms.

Required Skills

- Experience in managing YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram.
- Hands-on experience managing multiple YouTube channels.
- Valuable knowledge of social media marketing and content strategy.
- Understanding of YouTube SEO, hashtags, keywords, titles, descriptions, and thumbnails.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of analytics and social media insights.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing preferred.
