Investella is looking for experienced and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives to sell Life Insurance plans through online and telecalling channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell Life Insurance plans through outbound calls and online sales channels.
- Generate leads, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high conversion rates.
- Ensure proper customer communication and a smooth policy issuance process.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience:
Prior experience in Life Insurance sales is mandatory.
- Must have experience in online Life Insurance sales and telecalling.
- Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales performance.
