We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Academic Head to oversee academic activities, maintain educational standards, and provide leadership and guidance to teaching staff.

Candidates with a strong background in teaching and academic administration are encouraged to apply. Retired principals, headmasters/headmistresses, senior teachers, and experienced academic professionals are especially welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the overall academic functioning of the academy.
- Develop academic plans, teaching methodologies, and quality standards.
- Establish academic policies, procedures, and performance benchmarks.
- Recruit, guide, mentor, and supervise teaching staff, as required.
- Monitor teaching effectiveness and student learning outcomes.
- Plan academic schedules, assessments, and educational programmes.
- Work closely with management on the development and growth of the academy.
- Build a positive academic environment focused on quality education and student development.

Candidate Profile

- A strong professional background in teaching, academic administration,



or educational leadership.
- Previous experience as a Principal, Headmaster/Headmistress, Senior Teacher, Academic Coordinator, or Academic Head is preferred.
- Retired principals and experienced educators are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and team-management skills.
- The ability to establish academic systems and guide an educational team.
- Candidates based in Kannur and nearby locations will be preferred.
