Job Title: Office Boy – Indoor & Outdoor Duties

Location: Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai

Job Summary
To support daily office operations through outdoor errands, courier and sample handling, fabric-related assistance and pantry services.

Key Responsibilities

Outdoor Duties

- Carry out authorised banking work, including payments, cheque deposits, cash withdrawals and timely follow-ups or enquiries.
- Purchase groceries, pantry supplies and other office essentials.
- Collect food orders and arrange delivery to the office.
- Collect and deliver fabric samples, documents, parcels and other office materials.
- Maintain proper records of cash, receipts and delivery acknowledgements.

Indoor Duties

- Pack, unpack and distribute couriers, parcels and samples.
- Assist with fabric cutting as instructed and handle materials carefully.
- Scan documents and assist with basic office support work.




- Update payment date stamps on documents as instructed.

Pantry Duties

- Prepare and serve tea and coffee, ensuring timely distribution.
- Clean and maintain the CCD coffee machine, pantry equipment and utensils.
- Keep the pantry clean and hygienic and monitor supplies.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
- Previous experience in office support, outdoor errands and pantry work preferred.
- Basic knowledge of banking procedures, scanning and courier handling.
- Able to read addresses, follow instructions and maintain straightforward records.
- Punctual, trustworthy and responsible when handling cash, documents and company materials,
