We are looking for a motivated Collection Officer to handle customer collection and recovery activities in the assigned area. The candidate should have valuable communication skills and be comfortable with field visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers for EMI collection.
- Follow up with customers for pending payments.
- Ensure timely collection and recovery.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries related to payments.
- Maintain collection records and reports.
- Achieve monthly collection targets.

Eligibility

- 0–3 years of experience.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.
