About the Role

BimaBro is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Insurance Sales & Lead Generation Intern to work in the hospital channel. The selected candidate will be stationed at designated hospitals and will be responsible for promoting relevant insurance products, generating leads, and interacting with potential customers.

The candidate will receive complete product and sales training from BimaBro to develop the necessary knowledge and skills for the role.

Key Responsibilities

- Work from designated hospitals and interact with potential customers.
- Pitch and promote relevant insurance products to prospective customers.
- Generate quality leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Explain product features and benefits to interested customers.
- Coordinate with the concerned teams for lead follow-ups and conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads generated.




- Follow the company's sales processes and customer service standards.

Training & Career Opportunity

- Complete product knowledge and sales training will be provided by BimaBro.
- Gain practical experience in insurance sales, customer interaction, and lead generation.
- Candidates demonstrating strong performance, sales potential, and professionalism may be considered for an opportunity to transition to IndusInd General Insurance Company's payroll, subject to performance evaluation, eligibility, and the bank's hiring and approval process.
