- Make outbound calls to new and existing customer leads.
- Contact customers regarding 2-wheeler enquiries, offers, finance schemes and exchange offers.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into showroom visits, test rides and bookings.
- Make follow-up calls to customers who have shown interest in vehicles.
- Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries and customer follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Sales Executives and Sales Managers for lead conversion.
- Contact existing customers for referrals and repeat business.
- Inform customers about current models, promotional offers and upcoming events.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide basic vehicle information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
- Update customer details and follow-up status in DMS/CRM/Excel.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure timely follow-up
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
