About the Role

Questorik is looking for a Social Media Manager to manage and strengthen its digital presence across platforms.

The role combines social media strategy, content planning, writing, research, execution and performance analysis. The person should be able to understand Questorik's work across strategy, organisational development, learning, people and culture, behaviour and transformation, and translate these areas into relevant digital communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute Questorik's social media strategy across relevant platforms
- Build and manage monthly and campaign-specific content calendars
- Research topics related to business, organisations, leadership, learning, behaviour, people and culture
- Develop concepts for posts, carousels, reels, videos, articles and campaigns
- Write captions, social copy and supporting content
- Coordinate with designers, video editors and other team members for content production
- Manage publishing and day-to-day platform activity
- Monitor comments, conversations and audience engagement
- Track reach, engagement, follower growth, content performance and other relevant metrics
- Analyse performance and use insights to improve future content
- Identify relevant trends and opportunities without compromising brand positioning
- Maintain consistency in Questorik's brand voice and communication

Skills & Requirements

- Strong understanding of major social media platforms




- Excellent writing, communication and research skills
- Ability to develop both strategic and creative content
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
- Solid content planning and coordination skills
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
- Understanding of business, consulting or professional services content is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple content requirements and deadlines

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
