- Coordinate with the sales team, customers and factory for enquiries, orders and deliveries.
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, pending orders and customer requirements.
- Monitor order status, production updates and dispatch schedules.
- Coordinate with production, accounts, logistics and other departments for timely order execution.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases and order documentation.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely communication.
- Track pending deliveries and resolve coordination issues.
- Support the sales team in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
