Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and execute engaging social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X (Twitter) to expand channel reach and viewership.
- Manage daily content uploads, write compelling captions, headlines, and use trending hashtags for news posts, videos, and Reels.
- Monitor channel analytics, audience engagement metrics, and social media trends to optimize digital performance.
- Handle community interactions, respond to comments and messages, and drive online viewer growth.
- Collaborate closely with the video and reporting teams to instantly push breaking news and live updates onto digital channels.

Requirements & Skills:

- Proven experience in social media management, content creation,



or digital marketing (media background is a plus).
- Excellent command of both English and Hindi writing skills, with the ability to draft catchy headlines and descriptions.
- Familiarity with video formats, Reels, broadcast channels, and basic graphic design tools or video editors.
- Active, creative, and up-to-date with current news trends and social media algorithms.
