Role Overview

We are a leading training institute specializing in Data Science, Data Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence, committed to equipping students and professionals with industry-relevant skills. To strengthen our technical leadership and curriculum excellence, we are seeking a Senior Technical Lead/Manager to guide our trainers and drive innovation in our programs.

Key Responsibilities

● Technical Leadership & Mentorship

o Provide guidance and mentorship to Data Science, Data Analytics, and AI trainers.

o Ensure trainers stay updated with emerging tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

● Curriculum Development & Enhancement

o Review and upgrade existing curriculum to align with industry standards and global best practices.

o Design technical enhancements, advanced modules, and specialized tracks. o Introduce practical case studies, projects, and industry applications.

● Market & Technology Review

o Continuously monitor trends in Data Science, Analytics, and AI.





o Recommend integration of new tools, platforms, and technologies into training programs.

o Ensure curriculum relevance to evolving industry demands.

● Quality Assurance & Standards

o Establish benchmarks for technical delivery and student outcomes.

o Review training materials, assignments, and projects for technical accuracy.

o Collaborate with academic and industry partners to validate curriculum quality.

● Collaboration & Innovation

o Work closely with management to align technical strategy with organizational goals.

o Drive innovation in teaching methodologies, including blended learning and hands-on labs.

o Support partnerships with companies for internships, projects, and placements.

Qualifications & Skills

● Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.

● 3+ years of experience in Data Science/Analytics/AI with leadership exposure.

● Strong expertise in Python, R, SQL, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Business Analytics tools.

● Proven track record in curriculum design, technical training, or academic leadership.

● Excellent communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.

● Ability to balance technical rigor with practical, industry-oriented applications.
