JOB VACANCY – ACCOUNTANT

Position: Accountant
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Nizampet, Narayankhed, Sangareddy, Telangana

KOTA INDUSTRIES is looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and provide daily stock updates.

Key Responsibilities

- Record and maintain all sales, purchase, and expense entries accurately and on a daily basis.
- Maintain and reconcile customer and supplier accounts.
- Record and verify salary payments, employee advances, and other payroll-related transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements, cash transactions, and payment receipts.
- Maintain accurate stock records, including opening stock, inward stock, outward stock, and closing stock.
- Submit a daily stock report with item-wise quantities, receipts, dispatches, and closing balances.
- Ensure all daily accounting tasks are completed and updated on time.
- Verify invoices, purchase bills, sales bills, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with management regarding pending payments, outstanding receivables, and supplier dues.
- Maintain proper accounting records and assist in preparing periodic financial reports.




- Ensure all accounting entries are supported by relevant documents and are up to date.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce/Accounting.
- Previous experience in accounting is preferred.
- Knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Understanding of GST, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and stock accounting.
- Robust attention to detail, honesty, and responsibility.
- Ability to complete daily tasks within deadlines and provide regular reports to management.

Important Requirement

The accountant must complete all daily accounting entries and reconciliations without delay and submit the daily stock update to management every working day. Maintaining accurate stock and financial records is a key responsibility of this position.
