Job Description

The Raptor Marketing is looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Performance Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media platforms, hands-on experience with paid advertising campaigns, and the ability to drive lead generation, conversions, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement social media strategies and content plans.
- Manage Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Create and manage lead-generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize advertising budgets for better results.
- Implement audience targeting and retargeting strategies.
- Analyze campaign data,



prepare performance reports, and track key metrics.
- Stay updated with social media trends, audience behavior, and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective marketing campaigns.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
- Understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, targeting, and retargeting.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to make data-driven marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication and planning skills.

Salary
