Job Description

We are looking for a Data Manager to handle data collection, organization, verification, and reporting across different areas of Kerala. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with teams, maintaining accurate databases, monitoring data collection activities, and providing regular reports to management.

Key Responsibilities

* Collect, organize, and maintain data from different locations across Kerala.

* Manage and update databases, records, and reports accurately.

* Coordinate with field teams and departments for data collection.

* Verify collected information and identify discrepancies or missing data.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly data reports.

* Track data collection activities across Central, North, and South Kerala.

* Coordinate with team members and provide regular updates to management.





* Maintain proper documentation and records.

* Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

* Handle MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools

Requirements

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

* Strong organizational and data-management skills.

* Ability to coordinate with teams across multiple locations.

* Willingness to travel within Kerala when required.

* Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.

* Freshers with good communication and computer skills can also apply.

* Minimum 2-3 year Experience in Data Analyse field
