Position: Class Mentor

Job Summary

The Class Mentor will be responsible for managing and supporting a particular class of students. The role involves monitoring students' academic progress, attendance, discipline, and overall development while acting as a link between students, teachers, parents, and the academic team.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor the academic performance and progress of students.
- Track daily attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
- Maintain regular communication with students regarding their academic needs.
- Identify students who require additional academic or personal support.
- Coordinate with subject teachers to address student performance issues.
- Communicate with parents regarding attendance, performance, behaviour, and progress.
- Conduct regular class meetings and mentoring sessions.
- Motivate students and create a positive learning environment.
- Monitor completion of assignments, tests, and academic activities.
- Maintain accurate student records and reports.
- Support the academic team in implementing schedules, examinations, and other activities.




- Handle student concerns and escalate serious issues to the appropriate authority.
- Encourage students to develop good study habits, discipline, and time-management skills.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and other academic events.
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by the Academic Coordinator or Centre Head.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
