JOB DESCRIPTION :-

Job Title: All-Rounder Chef

Department: Food Production / Kitchen Reports To: Head Chef / Executive Chef / Sous Chef

Job Summary: The All-Rounder Chef is responsible for assisting in and independently handling various kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, presentation, and maintaining hygiene standards.

The candidate should be capable of working across different kitchen sections and preparing a variety of dishes as per the menu and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Food Preparation and Cooking.
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian and other cuisines as per the menu and chef's instructions.
- Handle breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, curries, gravies, rice, breads, soups, and other assigned dishes.
- Assist in preparing dishes, wherever required.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
- Manage kitchen operations independently when required.
