Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming calls and client inquiries.
- Explain visa and immigration services.
- Provide basic information.
- Generate leads and identify interested clients.
- Collect basic client information and contact details.
- Schedule appointments with immigration counselors.
- Follow up with interested clients through calls and messages.
- Maintain client records in Excel or CRM software.
- Achieve daily calling and lead-generation targets.
- Build good relationships with clients.
- Answer basic questions about immigration services

Requirements and Skills:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Prior experience in visa services.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of immigration policies and regulations.
- Good problem-solving capabilities.

Experience: 6 months to 3 years
