Purpose of the Role

To maintain accurate fine and deduction data and salary statements, perform BRS and fund checks, cross-check attendance with the salary sheet, and coordinate counter and fund requirements, so that salary and fund records are correct, reconciled and traceable.

Core Responsibilities – Payroll Data, Statements and Fund Checks

- Maintain fine and deduction data.
- Update the Town and Arabian salary statements.
- Perform BRS calculation and check salary and fund transactions.
- Cross-check attendance with the salary sheet.
- Coordinate on counter advance, by-bank payments, fund-in and advance fund requirements.

Key Accountability

Every month, the incumbent should be able to show that:

Deductions and statements are updated, attendance is cross-checked, and salary and fund transactions are reconciled.

Any mismatch in attendance, salary or fund records is identified and cleared before salary is finalised.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance or Accounting preferred.
- Experience in payroll processing or finance operations.
- Working knowledge of salary sheets, deductions and attendance records.
- Prior exposure to bank reconciliation statements (BRS) is essential.

Skills Required

- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and payroll/accounting software.
- Ability to trace and resolve discrepancies independently.
- Positive coordination and follow-up skills with Payroll, Finance and Fund teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
