About the Role

We are hiring a Content Strategist who understands how social media content actually works today especially short form video, This role is for someone who can think clearly, turn ideas into content, and help founders and service-based businesses show up online in a way that feels natural and credible.If your background is mostly SEO blogs or written content with little to no video exposure, this role will not be a fit.

Experience

2.5 to 5 years of experience in content strategy, social media, or personal branding

Hands-on experience working with:

- Founders
- Consultants
- Coaches
- Service businesses
- Knowledge-based brands

Experience

- creating or planning content for short-form video platforms
- Experience writing content for social media (posts, captions, scripts)

Core Skills (What We Actually Care About)

- Ability to mirror tone, voice, and personality of founders and brands
- Strong understanding of hooks, reactions, and why people stop scrolling
- Clear thinking—able to simplify ideas and express them cleanly
- Habit of thinking in content (you naturally notice posts, trends, angles, formats)
- Strong content writing and copywriting skills
- Comfortable shaping ideas into: Short-form video scripts, Social posts, opinion-driven content

What You’ll Do

- Turn founder ideas into content people actually want to watch or read




- Plan and structure short-form video content
- Help build personal brands through consistent, thoughtful content
- Work closely with founders to capture how they think and speak
- Review what’s working and adjust content accordingly
- Keep content simple, clear, and human not overproduced or salesy

Valuable to Have (Not Mandatory)

- Experience with long-format video (YouTube, podcasts, interviews, webinars)
- Prior work in consulting, coaching, or service-led businesses
- Experience building or supporting a founder’s personal brand
- Ability to think in systems, not just individual posts

Important Notes

- This role is not for SEO-only writers
- This role is not for people with no video content experience
- You don’t need to edit videos, but you must understand how video content works

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,122.34 per month
