JD: Lead One Identity Developer

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

- Drive the development and/or implementation of One Identity solutions to meet security and business requirements.
- Gather requirements, develop connectors, LCM events, and workflows.
- Install, customize, configure, and support identity provisioning and governance tools.
- Perform installation and configuration of One Identity products.
- Develop IAM solutions using One Identity.
- Aggregate and provision users using various connectors.
- Participate in projects and contribute towards achieving project objectives.
- Develop audit reports, templates, and ad-hoc reports for SOX, PCI, and CPNI compliance.
- Implement code into UAT and Production as part of SDLC processes.
- Monitor delivery against SLAs and address exceptions.
- Manage source code and builds for compliance reporting.




- Drive problem management, root-cause resolution, and reduction of recurring incidents.
- Identify risks and issues and develop appropriate recommendations.
- Create technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts.
- Handle One Identity upgrades, including planning, execution, and stabilization.
- Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders and translate technical information into business terms.
- Be self-driven and motivated while working independently in a remote setting.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
